Hi, I’m Lara, an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist specialising in Women’s Health and Youth Sports Nutrition.
As a former state athlete, personal trainer, and wife of a high performance coach who works with elite athletes, I know what it takes to achieve success on and off the field.
I offer a specialised approach backed by extensive experience to support youth athletes balance the growth and development challenges of adolescence with their sporting aspirations.
As a mother I’ve struggled with post-natal depletion, the challenges of perimenopause, and raising young athletes myself, so I know how hard it can be to put yourself first.
I want you to know that prioritising your health isn’t selfish, it’s essential. When you thrive, so does your family.
